We are looking for an enthusiastic Fulfillment Lead to join our team. You’ll be part of a talented group that collaborates to deliver world-class products to our customers. This is role that is responsible for mentoring and coaching employees working in the specific area of responsibility. This role is a working lead role, where it is necessary for the lead to also complete the applicable work on the job ticket and execute to the specific job requirements.

Shifts available: Monday through Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

A variety of these traits will help land you this job if you have:

• a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the printing industry
• the ability to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis

On top of that you must:

• possess a thorough and organized approach to your work
• pay close attention to details on every project
• have basic computer skills
• be self-motivated, a fast learner, and show initiative to seek out customer and corporate needs
• complete projects accurately within deadlines, while meeting Company and Customer quality standards
• apply effective time management and self-management skills
• understand and maintain the confidential nature of the company, employee and customer information
• be able to quickly move from one project to other while dealing with a very stressful deadline
• be flexible to change

In this position you'll:

• process outbound customer orders
• work closely with manager, and other shift leadership in prioritizing and directing department workflow
• ensure assembly integrity through continuous monitoring of departmental processes
• maintain appropriate levels of supplies to meet production requirements
• monitor issues and receipts for work orders
• complete and quality check each job according to ticket specifications, producing quality work
• help the Fulfillment Manager determine headcount in the are to adjust for work volumes
• learn existing equipment and train and learn on new equipment
• troubleshoot production problems to ensure productivity and quality standards are met
• perform miscellaneous projects and complete various tasks as requested by management

Compensation Range: $47,840 – $56,160 annually

*Range reflects our good-faith assessment of our hiring range for this role based on market conditions, experience level, and internal equity considerations.
