We’re seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities team with expertise, vision, and a focus on excellence. In this role, you’ll take ownership of critical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, compressed air systems, and basic electrical work, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.
You’ll also perform routine building maintenance tasks across multiple disciplines, such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and HVAC systems, while keeping work areas clean and safe. If you’re ready to combine technical expertise with hands-on problem-solving, we want to hear from you!
Shift available: Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with a potential need after hours and weekends

A variety of these traits will help land you this job. If you have:
- a High School Diploma or GED.
- 5 years of experience in commercial property maintenance (preferred).
- 1+ years of general maintenance experience (preferred).
- a strong working knowledge of building HVAC systems and large industrial air compressor systems
- familiarity with OSHA safety standards and local building codes.
- excellent organizational and communication skills to track and prioritize maintenance tasks effectively.
- possess a thorough and organized approach to your work.
- pay attention to detail on every project.
- be self-motivated, a fast learner, and show initiative to address customer and corporate needs.
- be flexible, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- inspect buildings and structures to detect malfunctions and identify necessary repairs, documenting findings and recommendations.
- perform routine maintenance tasks, including:
- Minor electrical repairs (e.g., outlets, switches, bulbs, and fixtures).
- Plumbing repairs (e.g., leaks, clogged drains, or replacing hoses).
- Carpentry, painting, and masonry work.
- HVAC preventive maintenance, including belt replacements and general cleaning.
- Compressed air system maintenance, such as line clearing and minor repairs.
- reconfigure office spaces, including furniture and modular setups.
- collaborate with departments to address facilities needs and prioritize requests.
- manage vendor relationships for contracted services, including maintenance, cleaning, utilities, and construction.
- order and procure necessary parts, maintaining detailed documentation.
- maintain property access and egress to ensure safety and functionality.
- support Safety, Environmental, and Production Maintenance Teams.
- assist in developing and monitoring preventive maintenance programs.
- able to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing. Strong interpersonal skills including, demonstrated listening skills and the ability to present ideas and thoughts concisely and effectively both internally and outside the organization
