In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our graphic orders set for outbound shipping. Responsibilities include conducting thorough inspections and checks to ensure that graphic elements align with our company standards and ensure the product is exceeding customer expectations. As the Retail Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will record observations in a database format and provide valuable insights for process improvement. Additionally, this role will collaborate with other team members, manage data, and maintain a clean and organized work area. Shift available: The shift offers a flexible start and end time tailored to the candidate's availability and business needs A variety of these traits will help land you this job:

• technically savvy, being proficient in or ready to learn Gmail, Google Docs, Excel, TBG Systems, various software, and hardware
• ability to work in a high paced and multi-task environment
• demonstrated organizational skills and is very detail oriented
• ability to work independently, manage, prioritize your time

On top of that you must have:

• a High School or GED degree required, Associates Degree in related field, preferred
• experience with critical computer applications, including Microsoft Excel
• 1-2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Print Industry, preferred
• the ability to lift 40 pounds and are able to lift, push, pull, twist and bend, kneel and reach throughout the workday

In this position, you will:

• safely perform quality control inspections, checks, and tests of graphic elements to make sure the proper parts match the overview of the assortment.
• inspect materials, parts and products before final kit.
• ensure that the finished products not only meet but also exceed customer expectations in terms of organization and quality.
• record observations in database format and may make recommendations for improving processes.
• identify and address any quality issues or discrepancies promptly, implementing corrective actions as needed to prevent further occurrences.
• ensure product quality requirements are maintained using predetermined QC methods.
• complete visual inspection of graphics and elements to ensure they are free from defects.
• record observations in database format and may make recommendations for improving processes.
• maintain organized work area by keeping space and equipment clean and orderly.
• instruct and train other RQAC’s
• communicate with the Retail Program Manager about any issues.
• manipulate data related to inspections, quality metrics, and any other relevant information necessary for QA purposes.
• perform all administrative tasks including merging data to print and sorting labels.
• assist in other areas or perform other duties, as assigned.
• perform miscellaneous projects and completes various tasks as requested by Management.
