RahrBSG is looking for an ERP Analyst to join our team in Shakopee, MN. The ERP Analyst is responsible for providing timely delivery of quality functional and technical support services to the end users of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. This role engages with staff and business partners to ensure that D365 Finance and Operations meets expectations regarding requirements, performance, and metrics/benchmarks. As a part of the Business Analyst team, this role will collaborate to create standards and processes and ensure end users are adhering to the current expectations.
This is an hybrid role reporting to our Shakopee campus three days a week.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serves as the key contact for daily ERP user group and individual support.
- Manages all escalation paths across internal and external resources to ensure issues are resolved timely.
- Research source of errors, resolve problems, recommend solutions, and document solution recommendations through central documentation within the company knowledge base.
- Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders on solution design, configuration, and support by understanding company requirements and deployment options.
- Communicates with programmers and other specialists on matters of file design, testing, debugging, storage, access, and related activities.
- Documents, delivers, and administers functional and process documentation and training to end users by collaborating with the analyst team as well as the users.
- Utilizes Azure DevOps to track and manage assigned work and delivers work to meet the required deadlines.
- Supports required system updates by testing standard functionality and customizations individually and in a coordinated team effort.
- Supports development and implementation of system-related business processes on Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and integrated applications across locations and functional areas, with a focus on creating and improving business processes, data, and technology capabilities.
- Assists with developing and executing unit and user acceptance test scripts to verify controls, security, and usability with business community.
- Identifies, supports, and drives optimization and continuous improvement activities to derive value, collaborating with subject matter experts and leadership across the business.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the company and operational needs.
MINIMUM EDUCATION & WORK REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations as end user or support resource.
- 3+ years of business experience and/or IT, with experience in at least 1 of the following areas: sales/purchasing, logistics/warehousing, supply chain, finance.
- Previous experience with ERP in a distribution environment desired.

- Proven ability to collaborate, facilitate, and communicate with individuals across a broad range of education, experience, and functional spectrums.

- Demonstrated ability to act with speed, agility, and accountability to handle quick decision-making, deliver solutions, and influence others. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment, and consistently take a positive and professional approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations preferred, or comparable ERP.
- Knowledge of reporting and analytics tools desired (Power BI); proficiency with Microsoft Office products expected (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
