Summary:
Under general direction of the appropriate Director, manages the training department to ensure that deliverables are defined and that processes are designed and documented across all division business units. Delivers training and defines measurable tools to ensure associates are trained appropriately. Manages the delivery of training programs to a mutually agreed upon deadline. Takes a lead role in designing business processes and ensuring that all associates execute process as defined.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Facilitates and participates in process design discussions for use as the primary input into training design
Works with the training lead team to prioritize training needs of the organization, to define the scope for deliverables, and to develop and plan for execution
Develops training documentation around the required project, product, or topic
Coordinates process of submitting new hire evaluations to on-the-job training staff and obtaining evaluative feedback from new hires upon completion of the on-the-job training period
Develops on-the-job training platform for associates graduating from classroom training. Identifies "at-risk" associates at the conclusion of a training program and communicates this to the appropriate manager
Designs, implements, and manages a version control process that ensures the integrity of all training documentation and the maintenance of training records
Assists in the management of brand coaches in each product or project group to ensure open communication of ongoing training needs
Uses input from training coaches to develop and deliver training updates as required
Recruits, hires, and trains training specialists as needed
Coordinates training schedules with management
Works with the Manager, Quality Assurance to develop and implement a plan for ongoing quality assurance monitoring by staff of training specialists
Performs related duties as assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four-year bachelor's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education
Normally requires a minimum of five (5) years directly related and progressively responsible experience
Training and process design experience, in a project based/client-service environment and extensive experience in process design, training documentation, training delivery, and team management are preferred

*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
