Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Acquisition and cataloging of electronic documents
• Manage and maintain bills of materials
• Create and manage new materials in ERP systems
• Manage and maintain “Material Status”
• Define, analyze, and implement change (change management)
• Design, revises, and maintains the Engineering Handbook
• Designs and maintains the Engineering Processes
• Maintain organization of technical information including Engineering Tasks and Notification lists.
• Follow safety rules and keep clean/orderly work area
• Perform other duties as required or assigned

Reporting Relationship(s)
• Reports directly to the Engineering Manager.
Requirements
Education / Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years configuration management experience
Licenses, Permits, and Certifications
• None
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Intermediate to advanced level of computer skills
• Basic math skills (standard and metric)
• Ability to follow work instructions accurately
• Ability to do accurate work at a rapid pace
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively (written and verbal)
• Ability to work well independently as well as with others
• Have attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to proficiently read and write in English
• Ability to follow all safety rules
• Basic SAP (or similar ERP) knowledge
• Knowledge of the ANSI/EIA-649-B CM standard
