We’re seeking a data driven and creative marketing specialist to join our marketing team! You’ll play a key role in shaping our brand presence by developing social media strategies, crafting compelling content, and conducting market research to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a firm understanding of fundamental marketing principles, demonstrate strong written and verbal skills, foster interdepartmental collaboration, consistently meet deadlines, and be receptive to coaching and constructive feedback to enhance performance.

While we offer the flexibility of up to five remote workdays per month, regular on-site presence is required at our Shakopee facility. The pay range is $55-70k annually, DOQ.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Create editorial plans for various marketing materials, including website copy, blog posts, and social media updates.
  • Manage our social media channels.
  • Discover new marketing channels, including media platforms to be used to relay product messages to customers.
  • Ensure that all listings on the search engines have the right messaging being pulled from our site content.
  • Perform continuous auditing, identify and recommend areas for improvement within site structure, page templates and redirects.
  • Assist with search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) activities.
  • Conduct keyword and topic research analysis.
  • Author and present performance reports to the marketing team.
  • Develop and execute link-building and backlink strategy.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with outside vendors.
