Position Summary:

This position is the first point of contact for visitors and customers, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere while efficiently managing front desk operators. Responsibilities include answering phones, directing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining an organized reception area.

This is an onsite position out of our Twin Cities office, Monday-Friday.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phones
  • Greet visitors and team members
  • Coordinate customer check-in/out processes
  • Manage mail and deliveries
  • Support administrative tasks as needed
  • Schedule meetings
  • Ensure receptionist area is tidy and professional
  • Generate and deactivate employee badges
  • Manage catering activities
  • Assist with employee appreciation events
  • All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications of Position

  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Proficiency in office software
  • Friendly and professional demeanor to foster positive relationships with customers and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and meet deadlines
  • Reliable and dependable

The national pay range for this role is $18.00/hour to $23.00/hour. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
