Job Description

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Strategic Analytics & Modeling

  • Design and implement statistical models to forecast revenue, identify performance trends, and support business planning
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on pipeline health, conversion rates, and customer segmentation.
  • Build predictive models for lead scoring, churn risk, territory optimization, and other revenue-impacting initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure analytics are aligned with business goals and priorities.

    Data Stewardship & Infrastructure

  • Collaborate with data engineering and IT teams to ensure data integrity, accessibility, and scalability for analytics use cases.
  • Define and maintain key performance indicators to monitor business health and drive accountability.
  • Support CRM governance and data quality initiatives to ensure reliable reporting and analysis.

    Business Partnership & Decision Support

  • Present analytical findings in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Influence strategic decisions through scenario modeling, forecasting, and performance benchmarking.

    Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement across Revenue Operations.
  • Stay current with industry trends, statistical techniques, and emerging technologies to enhance analytics capabilities.
  • Find opportunities to automate and streamline reporting and analysis processes.

Who You Are:

You are a strategic problem solver with a strong foundation in statistics and a passion for solving complex business problems through data. You use knowledge of business drivers and how strategies and tactics play out in the market to guide actions. You maintain a track record of exceeding goals successfully. You deal constructively with problems that do not have clear solutions or outcomes.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in analytics
  • Proficiency in statistical tools (e.g., R, Python, SAS) and SQL.
  • Experience with regression analysis, forecasting, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Experience working in Revenue Operations or a B2B environment.
  • MBA or Master’s in related field
  • Strong eye for business and ability to connect analytics to strategic goals.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with data.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $65,000-$82,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
