Job Description
- Provide production support for Material Flow areas
- Participate and/or lead high-impact automation projects related to Material Flow
- Design and optimize material flow processes to establish efficient warehouse storage, delivery to production lines, receiving raw goods, and shipping finished goods.
- Interact on a regular basis with other functional groups and customers or vendors on technical and/or administrative matters
- Work with operations, supply chain, planning and other engineering departments to develop site logistics and material storage plans.
- Provide project management leadership and/or support for critical programs.
- May supervise a team of Manufacturing Support Specialists.
- Be part of a rotation providing on-call support as necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial Engineering Degree)
- 4 years of relevant experience
- Strong decision-making skills with minimal oversight
- Ability to lead high impact projects with cross functional team driving results
- Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided
- ABET-accredited engineering degree
- Previous manufacturing and warehousing experience
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma processes
- Experience with Oracle ERP and WMS systems
- Experience with automation technologies, such as autonomous mobile robots, automated guided vehicles, scan tunnels, automated storage and retrieval systems

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $80,000-$110,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
