[YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES]

• Lead and manage process improvement and digitalization projects across the organization.
• Conduct thorough assessments of existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and digitalization opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies for process optimization and digital transformation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure successful adoption of digital solutions.
• Utilize data analytics and digital tools to monitor process performance and identify trends.
• Create detailed process maps and flowcharts to visualize current and optimized processes.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure process effectiveness and digitalization impact.
• Provide training and support to employees on new processes and digital tools.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in process improvement and digitalization.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in process improvement and digital transformation.
• Ensure process plant safety and functional safety in all operations.
• Implement and manage manufacturing IT security measures to protect digital assets and data.

[WHO YOU ARE]

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years’ experience in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of digital technologies and tools, including data analytics, automation, PLCs and digital transformation platforms.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab, Tableau, JMP etc).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with extensive experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Total Quality Management (TQM), preferred the one certified.
• A track record of successful Project management with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of process plant safety and functional safety standards.
• Experience in manufacturing IT security and data protection.
• Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams in strong communication and interpersonal skills, preferably who’s speaking English fluently.

This position reports to Site & Production Supporting Unit Lead.
