Position Summary Demonstrate proficiency and regularly perform assembly duties for large, small, and long test balls, muni balls, tubes and inserts, test, and/or discrete products. Position Responsibilities Prepare and/or Assemble components according to SOP’s by reading, understanding and following procedures. Follow daily schedule for assembly/build. Responsibility ---needs to be added Responsibility ---needs to be added Other duties as assigned. Knowledge and Experience Basic math, reading and writing skills. Good oral and written communication skills. Ability to operate machinery. Ability to read blue prints. Accuracy in measuring. Decision-making skills and problem-solving skills. Mechanical aptitude. Basic understanding of ISO9001 and LEAN. Requires an advanced skill level with proficiency in five (5) areas. At least one (1) of these areas must be in Long Ball or Large Ball Assembly OR must be a trainer in multiple jobs OR have 100% proficiency in one of the following areas: Discrete, Autoclave, or I-series Large Ball Assembly. Ability and willingness to train others preferred. Computer skills preferred. Education and Certification High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.Compensation Range for the Position:
$18.64 - $24.24 - $29.83 USDOffer amount determined by experience and review of internal talent.
