MAIN POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Typical Duties:

• Operates bulk palletizer to build bulk loads and to shroud and secure loads as specified.
• Cleaning and housekeeping in work area.
• Places pallets on machine positioning tier sheets and strapping.
• Operates palletizer, keeping flow of bottles coming up. Discards defective ware.
• Fills voids on tier loads and clears jams as necessary.
• Secures load with tier sheets and strapping. Places shrink bags as necessary.
• Pushes pallet out on rollers prior to its movement to the Warehouse.
• Hooks up new roll of strapping material when necessary.
• Records amount of pallets on tally sheet.
• Keeps work area clean.
• Responsible for all general safety and house rules, good manufacturing practices and job-specific safety procedures.
• Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
